Friendly Vending is a full service vending company that requested web design and search engine optimization. They came to us looking to get away from old media methods of advertising the business. They were spending about $900 per month for Yellow Pages advertising which only allowed them to cover 3 local counties and the business-to-business directory. Needless to say, they weren't satisfied with those results. At the same time, they weren't quite sure that their prospective customers would
actually be searching the web to find a good vending service. But the owner was willing to be a pioneer in his industry and put us to the test.
We designed a clean, modern website that placed emphasis on the varied product lines they offered and optimized it from the beginning to target the important keywords and phrases for the vending business.
After about 3 months, Friendly Vending was starting to get a steady stream of calls inquiring about services not only in the New York and New Jersey area, but nationwide. After 6 months, the website became their only method of marketing. They cancelled the Yellow Pages ads and got their leads strictly through the website. They now save over $700 monthly on their advertising costs. Sorry Yellow Pages!
